| 3938 | 2000-02-06 04:50:00 | I use a Pentium 166,with 32mb Ram, and Win 95. I've been plagued by a problem with my defragmenter, which stubbornly refuses to work. The message I keep getting is,'drive contents changed,restarting',over and over again.I've closed every program that I can think of, even my McAfee.
