| 4003 | 2000-02-14 01:39:00 | A couple of weeks ago I started getting errors on my machine - mainly with Net programs ( Netscape, Gozilla etc ). I could by-pass the error messages by dragging the box down to the lefthand corner, go on the Net, download email etc. However as soon as I clicked on the error box it closed down Netscape. At first I thought it was a virus and did a lot of checking with no result. Another fault was that, apart from being able to drag the error box down I could no longer drag and drop either in Netscape or in other programs of the File Manager type. I re-installed Win95B a couple of times over the top of itself and eventually lost the error messages in Netscape. However I am still not able to drag and drop files anywhere. Apart from that the mouse works OK clicking and moving as usual and I can still move files using the keyboard. Any help would be appreciated. Jim |
