Hi,I use Winfax Pro 8 on my PC at home as a fax machine(using faxability) and as an answering machine.The only problem is that it has started to hang when someone leaves a message.The program won't recognise that the perso has hung up,so stays on line and holds up my phone line.Has anyone else had this trouble and have you found a way to fix it.The first time I installed it it worked fine for about a year.I then reinstalled it but it started doing it straight away.It doesn't do it all the time but my wife is getting ready to throw the PC out if I don't fix it.(the fax side works fine)Please somebody help! |
