4012 2000-02-15 22:21:00 When you drag a file to Recycled it is instantaneous and does not come up with the usual confirm dialog box even when enabled in Recycle Bin properties. If the file/folder is too large it is deleted. Probably everyone has accidently moved the mouse when clicking on a folder and received the irritating message that a folder can not be copied to itself. On many PC's the Program Files folder is adjacent to the Recycle Bin so a small slip with the mouse can be catastrophic. I suggest creating two dummy folders called 'Reb' and 'Red' to provide a buffer around the Recycle Bin to reduce the chance of this happening. I know of two instances where a folder was accidentally moved to Recycled in the last two weeks. Does anyone have a better solution? Guest (0)
