4001	2000-02-14 02:56:00	Since using Windows explorer,to move & delete files, my PC appears slower, locks up, mouse cursor freezes, & the HHD is more active than usual. Using Ctl-Alt-Del always shows 'Explorer' on the list to close, although it has not been opened, & is not visible on the monitor. Selecting 'End task' will not remove it, and results in restartng the pc. The Windows explorer can still be opened, used, & closed. The PC is a P586, 32Mb ram 1.3Gb HHD Win95 OSR2.	Guest (0)
