I decided after a long search of external modems to purchase a Dynalink External Modem (VoiceDesk) after recommendations in a PC World Magazine, ranked second. Anyway when I am connected to the internet the modem stops receiving data for about 5-15 seconds every so often, this is getting very annoying and Dynalink Support hasnt replyed to my query about it. My old 33.6k modem never had this problem and I am thinking moving back to my 33.6 since this problem wont go away. Any help would be appreciated. |
