4107	2000-02-28 07:49:00	I was recently reading through old issues of PC World, and in the September 1999 issue, it had tips on how to boost ur internet connection. One of the tips says tick the 'Use Error Control', 'Required to Connect', etc... But those settings are grayed out on my computer. Why is this? Is this something to do with my modem or something else? Can I fix this? And do u know of any sites which contain info about ISDN?
