4098 2000-02-27 02:02:00 In January I updated to Office 2000, and use Ms Outlook 2000 as my e-mail software. However from about this time, I?ve have had problems with sending attached files (.jpg, .pps etc type files) - some of my distribution list receive
attachments while most do not. The commonality is everyone who doesn?t
get the attachments is using Outlook Express. Those who do receive the attachments are using varying MS Outlook versions, but the issue is that when I sent from MS Outlook 97 I did not have this problem, so is something incorrect now on my system.
The recipients advise that all they receive is my signature file, yet the e-mail appears to take ?expected? length of time to download when
containing .jpg, .pps etc. type files, and shows on their systems as a
largish file but no sign of any attachment. Even searching their whole system at the receiving end using ?Find File or Folders? doesn?t produce anything.
Do you have any suggestions - is the problem something on my system or the receiving end?
I really would appreciate some ideas to get this corrected.
Thanking you very very much if you are able to assist.
