I have a new Satellite 2590CDS which gets 'an internal stack overflow has caused this session to be halted. Change STACKS settings in config.sys and try again' message on shutdown - has done so since getting the machine and before loading most software - is this a known WIN98 problem? Is there a fix?
Have tried looking at Microsoft 'support' homepage - got most of the 5 million Win98 bugs returned on my query. Also phoned Toshiba 'free support line - gave up after several minutes of Aussie ads and 4 'please hold someone will be with you shortly' messages. |
