I am having trouble getting to the product updates site. I keep getting a notification that there are critical updates for my computer and I click view updates and it will take me to the first page and then I get a cannot display page error. I have always been able to access this before. I have done what they said and downloaded the critical componants installer and deleted all the windows update files and my internet security is set to medium. Anyone any ideas of what is wrong |
