Hi,
I am a user of Outlook Express for sending and receiving email in a Windows 98 environment. For some unknown reason the print function within Outlook Express seems to have become disabled. Whether using the print Icon or the keyboard the response to a print command is the same-zilch.The print dialogue box fails to appear and nothing happens at the printer. To print emails I am forced to copy the text into another application and print from there. All other print function work fine so it is not a printer problem. I have tried reinstalling the software but it does not seem to remedy the problem. It is though the print function has been turned off as some sort of overriding preference but the does not appear to be anything within Outlook Express to do that. Any Ideas ? |
