| 4243 | 2000-03-16 09:00:00 | Hey there, I've got Win982nd edition on our two computers. I quite like to use ICS when the other PC is being used for other stuff. I know you have to have TCp/IP installed but when I have that installed on the computer not connected to the net the computer won't startup. So I log on in safe mode and take off TCP/IP and it works, restart, install TCP/IP again and it works this time. But if I turn my Computer off and then when i turn it on again it loads all the drivers but stops and just sits there with all of the DOS loading stuff on the screen. So i go back and unistall etc etc. Well do you have any ideas on how to fix this as its REALLY ANNOYING!!!!!!!! I have a pentium II 350, 9 gig, IE5, Compex RL2000 ethernet adapter thing, WIN 98 SE. 128mb ram Any help is good help! Thanks Al ICQ 33572117 |
