My mother has recently entered the information age and purchased a computer. I have been helping her with simple problems and refering her to the helpdesk when I cant help. Last night I got a panicky phonecall , you see she recieved the 'illegal operation' message and was awaiting the arrival of the microsoft police. My question is this. Is there some way of changing the wording of that message to somthing that is not so alarming to the average computer user. I eagerly await your response. Your friend in need
