4312	2000-03-22 10:25:00	When using either IE4 or IE5 (to which I have now upgraded), after asking where you wnat to put a download, it displays 'Starting download of ...' in the status bar, then the mouse pointer freezes. CTRL-ALT-DEL works eventually to kill off Internet Explorer and Explorer. I have visited the Windows Update site and have downloaded all the latest patches , but to no avail. Netscape Communicator 4.04 works fine when downloading files, but I do prefer using IE4/IE5. What can I do?	Guest (0)
