4353	2000-03-28 03:39:00	Does anyone know how to alter the registry so that my shortcut bar is returned to being 'back on top'. Some time ago I had a few problems with the wheelie mouse [intellipoint] and the Office shortcut bar has now taken to hiding underneath the open windows.... I have customised it so that is is supposed to be 'always on top' yet it keeps hiding under whatever software I am using. It is a real nuisance and I have to resort to running partially minimised windows so I can see it to access some of the other buttons. I have now reinstalled win95B about 3 times from scratch on this pc and DON'T want to do it again! [It's getting boring.] Also it is not worth upgrading to 98 since it is an old one on a network, I will probably get a new pc in the next few months.	Guest (0)
