4403	2000-04-05 02:32:00	As you suggested in one of your articles, I change my Rwin value to 65536 and Max MTU to 1500,h oping that I will have a major improvement boost. However when I fired up my browser, it wouldn't open any web pages!!! What can I do?? Can I still get an improvement boost??? (My ISP is IHUG)	Guest (0)
