| 4453 | 2000-04-09 11:58:00 | i have a hp scanjet 5200c. the problem is when i try to run it, it says there is another application using the scanner, but i have tried uninstalling things, including windows, i have checked the bios and usb drivers and i have tried to run the scanner on parrellel and having the same problem. i don't want to go as far as formating the hard-drinve,but i will if that is the only solution. thanks :) brendan |
