| 4449 | 2000-04-09 08:44:00 | What does it mean when scan disc restarts 10 times because windows or some other program is writing to this drive. Disc defragmenter is now only working since i deleted a years worth of emails. I have tried shutting all programs down etc. I am at a loss.System details: Pentium 500,128 RAM running windows 98.
