On my laptop, IBM380DX,running win95, I was changing wallpaper and checking settings when I must have changed something that i hadn't realised, so now when I start windows all starts up and get my wallpaper but no desktop icons or task bar. I can see the curser and move it around the edges to see if taskbar is hidden but it is not. If I double click in bottom left of screen I get a task window up and can browse to find programmes to launch them including outlook and IE5 BUT IT WILL NOT LAUNCH EXPLORER and cannot get the control panel up. I cannot right click the desktop to get properties to change settings again. any ideas what I need to do to get my desktop back to work again correctly. |
