1262847 2012-03-04 00:31:00 I have MS Ofice 2010 installed on my Windows 7 Home premium desktop. When I start Outlook I get an internet security warning notice stating that the server I am connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified. It states "The target principal name is incorrect". I'm given the option of continuing to use this server which I select which allows me access to my e-mail. How do I stop this warning notice starting up each time I open Outlook? djnsj (15300)
1262848 2012-03-04 00:41:00 Try this -- (its from another forum) Open the control panel> internet options>click advanced tab> a list of options will appear, scroll down to the bottom and you will find the heading security the "check for server certificate revocation" is there, you just have to toggle it off.

Even though you are entering Internet Settings, its linked to Outlook.

Who is your email with ? maybe there Certificates have a problem ?
