My mobile has no ringtone on incoming calls. texts or when I push a key. It just vibrates. I have checked the sound profiles and checked mute is off and silent mode is off. What have I miissed? |

Did you do everything as listed in the manual:

With my Samsung mobile (different model to yours) if you press and hold the hash key it goes to silent mode and only vibrates. There's a mute symbol on the hash key. Maybe yours does the same. |

Thanks. I tried that but it didn't work. Enentually I did a reset on sounds. Initially I had a problem with the password but found on the web that the default password is8x0 |
