| 1262287 | 2012-02-29 23:49:00 | Is there a way to have only one IE8 window with multiple tabs like you can in other browsers? When I click links in other applications I want IE8 to create a new tab in the existing IE8 window. I never want a second IE8 window to appear. I thought the setting "Open links from other programs in:" set to "A new tab in the current window" might do the trick but it doesn't. The operating system is Windows XP/SP3. Internal applications break in all other browsers so please just stick to suggesting fixes for IE8 only. I've searched for a solution but it avoids me. Perhaps there isn't one. |
