| 4487 | 2000-04-15 04:28:00 | I'm running Windows 98 SE and my Vibra 16 sound card isn't working. In ther device manager there is a yellow circle with a black ! in it althought I can't find any hardware conflicts and nether can windows. I havent installed any new hard ware since I upgraded to Windows 98 SE. What has caused this and who can I fix this? | Guest (0) | ||
