My work just purchased a new PIII 533B and I have the job of moving the isdn modem over to the new machine - a Xyxel (or something like that) external modem, it plug and plays in Win98SE fine and I have set up it all up sweet, but after connecting (Using Xtra) the modem will, after about 5 seconds of data coming through, disconnect. It only disconnects when there is data coming through though, so if I don't load IE and just connect it will happily sit there. Could it be some sort of Buffer Overrun/Underun? It seems that Xtras Online Support pages on ISDN are pretty much non-existant (as with IHUGS too) so at the moment I'm on my own. Some assistance would be greatly appreciated. |
