| 4473 | 2000-04-12 00:41:00 | hi. when i start up internet explorer, on which it automatically connects, the screen kind of vibrates around, kinda shaking. Iv tried just connecting with out loading IE5, or connecting while in IE5, and nothing happens. it does not do it in outlook express either, or any shortcuts though games or programs which connec to the net. I have an up to date Norten Anti-Virus, so I dont know what is wrong. What can i do? thanx alot -Karlan :-) |
