4480	2000-04-12 23:04:00	Office 97 was previously installed on my PC but was having problems. To fix I decided to uninstall and then re-install. The install process however reports it cannot read from numerous files on the CD. This occurs with the same files on both the original office CD ROM and the SR2 CD ROM. Vaguely I recall mention of if loaded 3 times you will not be able to load again problem, or else it could be related to the fact that when originally loaded the CD ROM drive was labelled D: and is now labelled E:. This last has given me problems in the past due to registery entries still refering to D:. The error however does say error reading from file on E: so this is probably a red herring. Any idea what the problem may be would be appreciated? Thanks	Guest (0)
