4560	2000-04-26 06:51:00	I have post this one before and never got an answer ...but recently the problem is getting worst and I really want to do something about it.. When I am playing an mp3s with winamp the sound goes all funny when I use the scroll bar...no matter what scroll bar it is (browser, explorer...everything) I would really like to enjoy listening to mp3 while I browse through web pages ....so plz help ...thx.
