| 4527 | 2000-04-20 21:21:00 | I dual boot win98 (c:) with win2000 (e:). Is it possible to make a .bat file (or something similar)in win98 that I can just double click on and it will restart my computer and automatically boot into win2000 without me having to manually select Win2000 from the boot menu (I have it set to automatically boot into win98). Or alternatively can I make a boot disk to boot into win2000 so I can just restart the computer and walk back later and have it sitting in win2k ready to go? Details that may be of help: Line for Win2k to startup (taken from c:\boot.ini): multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(3)\WINNNT5='Micro soft Windows 2000 Professional' /fastdetect Thanks for any help |
