| 4540 | 2000-04-23 02:29:00 | When I try to download video clips using Internet Explorer,the window box appears but the video screen is blank and there is no audio. I use Real Player 7 and have checked the browser configuration and the plug-in...both are correct. There are no problems when I use Real Player on its own. Any suggestions please? |
