4673	2000-05-07 05:22:00	I have purchased an English teaching programme for my children but am having problems getting it to load on our computer. I am a regular reader of your magazine and have noted how you have been able to solve various problems that readers have submitted. Can you help with this one? The programme is on a CD and will load & run successfully on other computers with similar specifications so it is obviously something with the way this one is set up. When I try to load the programme, a dialogue box appears with the following message: Cannot start main setup program! (WinExec() returned error code 0013H) I have not been able to find out what this error code means but I have tried all the usual things such as shutting down all possible applications and reinstalling Windows 98, however nothing seems to work. I have also contacted the company that developed the programme but they were unable to assist. The frustrating thing is that I have other programmes from this same company that install and run without any problem! Hope you can assist.	Guest (0)
