4713	2000-05-11 11:47:00	I am running Win 98 SR2 on a 333 mh Intel based system. I have a HP Deskjet 690C printer connected to the std parrell printer port, which has just started to show the following fault. It will start to print a report and I will get an error message reported back through windows to the effect that the paper tray is empty, asking that I load more paper. The tray has paper, the paper handeling mechism seams ok, and the paper is standard A4 stock I have tried re installing the printer drives. the problem still occures Any sugestions as to how to fix this problem.
