4686	2000-05-08 10:58:00	I am hooked up to the Internet with 'IHUG' but, I have been told that there speed and service is crap! I know that the speed is slow, is this because of them or other reasons. Now when downloading my transfer rate starts at around 11K/sec and rapidly drops to around 2K to even below 1K. Is this normal or is this common even though I have a 56K modem in a PIII 500? Thanks for the excellent help Chris	Guest (0)
