4678	2000-05-07 22:13:00	I have been helping a friend with her new computer - which is crashing all the time. What happens is that everything freezes up (even the mouse). This is a source of great frustration to both her and myself. Are there any bug fixes available for this - she uses MSword, and it happens mostly when she goes to print or save.	Guest (0)
