| 4742 | 2000-05-15 05:58:00 | Whenever I try to run Disk Defragmenter, it always says 'drive contents changed restarting ' even though there are no programs running . Also Scandisk doesn't ever complete scanning the hard drive ; it gets up to a certain stage and then doesn't continue . What is causing these problems ? The computer is a Pentium 133 with 16MB RAM and a 1.28GB hard drive . |
