| 4832 | 2000-05-23 04:47:00 | Recently when I try to log onto 'Windows Update'. Windows Update starts up and goes thru to the 'Please wait... windows is customizing the product updates... etc'. Then nothing happens , it just sits there. The modem lights are blank.Waiting doesn't help. Thanks in advance David |
