| 4797 | 2000-05-21 19:42:00 | I have lost Windows '98 help menu. I keep getting following error message: (cannot open the file:mk:@MSITStore:C:\WINDOWS\Help\Windows.chm.) I have also lost word help, no error messages, just blank help window. Have reinstalled OS and word but no luck. |
