| 4789 | 2000-05-20 12:46:00 | I am running Win98 on a PII333 system. I have been attempting to create a .wav sound file using Windows sound recorder. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to want to create a new file, when I click on the 'new' file option nothing happens. Am I missing something? |
