4836	2000-05-23 07:41:00	I recently re-installed Windows 98 - everything seems to be fine except the monitor display. From memory, I was running it in hi-color 16 bit, and it was fine. Now I get what appears to be just a 16 color display. I only have 3 options - 16 color, hi color 16-bit and 256 colors. When I change the settings back, it tells me to restart (even though I checked the box that says 'Change display without restarting') and always comes back up looking horrible again.
