| 4857 | 2000-05-25 10:41:00 | Recently I upgraded my old PC with MSOffice 2000. However it doesn't work well - it works very slowly as my PC is an Intel P90 with 64Mb RAM. I reinstalled the MSOffice 97 - everything goes fine except I can no longer open the Access. The error message is 'MS Access can't start because there is no licence for it on this machine.' How can I fix this problem? Appreciate for any advice. Eva |
