| 4833 | 2000-05-23 06:48:00 | Every time I start up IE5, or a help application that uses IE5, the following warning message appears: 'Content Adviser' 'Please check your Content Adviser settings for missing information. Check the Tools menu and click Internet Options. On the Contents tab, Check the Contents Advisor settings.' Every time I start IE5 I do the above and click the Settings button to find that the RSACi settings are all set to 0 irrespective of the settings made in the last session. I then disable the Content Advisor and get on with viewing web pages. When I close down IE5 the Content Advisor the settings are not retained and I have to go through the whole exercise again to get back on the Web. It would appear that a file containing the relevant information has somehow disapeared or be moved, changed etc. All this happened after installing some older childrens educational software. Has any-one got any ideas |
