My computer originally Win 95 and I have used Win 98 Upgrade to go to Win 98. Recently, had problems with shutdown. Lost pages with words 'Closing down' and'Safe to turn off' and got mixed colour pages instead, and haveturned off when i get 2nd mixed colour page of brown and black. How do I fix. Do I have to uninstall Win 98 and reinstall Win 95 and then reinstall Win 98 upgrade, or is there a simpler way. Would greatly appreciate step by step guide by e-mail if possible as I am a bit of a novice. |
