Here's an interesting article about the differences between male and female voices, the effects they have on us and their use in modern technologies. It's quite a long article - the link jumps to the bit about Apple's SIRI person (bquot.com)a An here's a quote from earlier in the article that covers both gender and racial stereotyping in one hit! And appauling. Should give them a nav with a Jewish voice to remind them of the prices of their bigotry, racism, sexism and tell them to ****. On the other hand, a male voice to a nav system might help to prevent women from driving into lakes, coz they'll stop to argue with a males advice... even if it is a machine. :blush: Sexist? Who, me?
