It makes sense to ban the use of 'illegal' substances in general however I see your point. However if more depth had to be applied rather than just banning illegal substances - each 'thing' would have to be measured to see if it is 'performance enhancing' or not. Far easier and logical to just ban 'illegal substances' don't you think? Personally I would object to any athlete taking illegal substances - whether they have been shown to be performance enhancing or not! |

Just strikes me as a bit unfair, being banned from his 'profession' for a year, for smoking half a Kronic while 'offduty' . Seems pretty clear he wasn't trying to gain any unfair advantage over his fellow competitors . |
