We have purchased a PS/2 mouse which installs fine when plugged into a PS/2 port but will not allow us to use our modem - we keep getting a message saying our modem is not connected - there must be a conflict but we don't know how to fix this. We were given a PS/2 to Serial Port connector but when we try to use this we get an error message saying we don't have a mouse connected. We have tried uninstalling our normal serial mouse driver but this makes no difference - help please we're pulling our hair out |
