| 5064 | 2000-06-11 09:29:00 | When I start up the PC, then start Outlook Express 5, I have to wait 35 seconds before the dialer screen appears, After shuting down OE5, then restarting it, (OE5) the same proceedure takes 10sec, what the fix to a fast starting OE5? Win98, 233Mhz with 64Mb ram. |
