How do I back up email files(often 3 files will have identical names-credit card details split into 3 emails) Have tried using folders but I have to manually add an additional letter/number to each file,then transfer each file separately. What I ideally need is the ability to copy the folders each day adding to those already written to a CD.Thus having a complete list of credit cards of line,safe from hackers |
