| 5318 | 2000-07-02 01:49:00 | My parents are able to check their e-mail but if they try to get onto the internet at all, on any of their three providers, they are unable. Insted a messge comes up as follows: 'Error 101 : Please contact your systems administrator. Your request has been denied based on the configuration control for unrecognized requests (the default action).' Any ideas as to how they can get onto the internet itself? (Windows 95) |
