| 5416 | 2000-07-09 20:49:00 | Frequently 2 out of 3 times after start up my computer runs very slow. ie Applications take minutes instead of seconds to load and just as long to shut down. The only remedy is to close down and restart. This also may take 2 or three times before thing return to normal. When they return to normal there are no symptoms that anything is wrong. I have NT ver 4. I have a copy of Notons Utilities for Win 95 but it won't run on NT. It is very frustrating. |
