I installed paint shop pro6 from yr May magazine. I thought I had , uninstalled it, but when I checked it in the control panel it was still there. Jasc sent me some info. I didn't feel confident to do it so my brother in law did. When I right click on start 'browse with paint shop pro' is there. When you open it fragments of the program are still there. In the control panel it is still there when I press add/remove programs it comes up uninstall can not open install.log. When I wrote to jasc they said to right hand click & delete but that will only delete the whole folder. Help!!!! |
