| 5492 | 2000-07-16 05:11:00 | When I try to access a site by clicking on to an URL in either Run,Favourites, or from an eMail up pops a Dialog Box-'Windows cannot find PROGRAM This program is needed for opening files of type 'URL Hyper text Transfer Protocol' ' I do not have this problem when in Internet Exporer. I operate WindowsSE, OE5, on a 433 Celeron Chip. My ISP is Voyager. Recently I logged into a Free ISP site which resulted in their Logos etc appearing all over my screen and applications. Removing these was quite a problem and I suspect that I may have inadvertantly removed or relocated this Program file in the process. Ple3ase help me to regaincontrol of my sytem. |
